Objektif Kursus

Kursus ini diadakan bertujuan untuk memberi pendedahan secara langsung kepada peserta mengenai operasi perhotelan melibatkan aktiviti F&B Crew, Front Office, Bellman, Housekeeping dan Stewarding. Peserta yang mengikuti kursus ini berpeluang meningkatkan kemahiran dan pengetahuan dalam bidang pengoperasian hotel (guest service) seterusnya dapat membina kerjaya dalaam bidang perhotelan.

Hasil Pembelajaran

  1. Mengetahui fungsi dan tugas sebagai pekerja hotel (front office / Bellman / Housekeeping / F&B crew and Stewarding)

  2. Mengenalpasti fasiliti di hotel dan kemahiran mengendali peralatan dan perkakasan di hotel.

  3. Mengaplikasikan dan mengintegrasikan kemahiran melayan pelanggan serta kemahiran berkomunikasi.

  4. Mempelajari asas kemahiran untuk pengurusan dan organisasi hotel.

  5. Meningkatkan kemahiran kerjaya sebagai kakitangan hotel yang berketrampilan dan berkompetensi.

Kursus ini memberi pendedahan kepada peserta mengenai pengurusan operasi hotel dari segi tugasan kerja,  penyediaan bilik tetamu, pengurusan peralatan dapur, pengurusan layanan tetamu serta operasi penyediaan makanan dan minuman. Kursus ini akan membantu peserta menguasai perkara-perkara asas di dalam pengurusan perhotelan dan seterusnya memudahkan peserta untuk mengaplikasikan semula dalam dunia pekerjaan sebenar mengikut keperluan industri.

  • Collect & Return Guest Laundry

4. FRONT OFFICE TELEPHONE SERVICES

  • Handle Guest Request

  • Handle Emergency Call

5. FRONT DESK OPERATION

  • Prepare  Front Desk Operation Requirements

  • Take Over Cash Float

  • Assign Room To Arrival Guest

  • Handle Guest Arrival Activities

  • Online Room Reservation Handling

6. GUEST SERVICE OPERATION / BELLMAN

  • Prepare VIP Arrival Activities 

  • Handle Guest Arrival Activities & inquiry

  • Arrange Bellman Services Activities

  • Carry Out Luggage Handling

7. RESERVATION CUSTOMER CARE

  • Handle Guest complaint

  • Negotiate With Guest

  • Solve Guest Challenges

8. KITCHEN UTENSILS & AREAS CLEANING & SANITATION

  • Identify Kitchen Utensils Cleaning Requirements

  • Hot Kitchen Cleaning

9.CLEANING EQUIPMENT ROUTINE MAINTENANCE HANDLING

10. BUFFET EQUIPMENT SETTING UP & CLOSING
